• A:Answer The $10 is the only monthly charge I get. However, there is an initial charge to activate it. That was either $30 or $40, can't remember which. It shares your data plan, so if you go beyond your plan's data limits, you'll be charged accordingly.

• A:Answer not sure how to answer this question? I have galaxy tab E, and it can be set up to receive and place calls. I would suggest shop around to understand data plan 2 years. keep in mind the term fee if you cant complete the 2 year plan. compare online, and go to your local store that offer these plans, and see what you pay monthly, and what happens if you go over your data? also, you can limit data use on this device.

• A:Answer It does come with a Verizon Sim (if that's the model you select) and I don't see why a pre-paid sim wouldn't work but that might be a question with the pre-paid carrier. I'm curious as to why you want limited 4G service if it has WiFi? Are your daughters older? If they are younger I would consider the Amazon Fire Tablets for Kids that come foam wrapped and have an awesome exchange program for damage. Nothing against Samsung, just a wiser solution if you're worried about accident prone children.

• A:Answer No, you cannot use this in Colombia for two reasons: it is not unlocked it is locked to Verizon and Verizon uses CDMA technology and you would need GSM.
