Yes it does. I just bought one for my mother. However you'll need to buy a 32 GB Micro SD card and insert it into the tablet first. Once you install the app from Google Play, go to the tablet settings > app manager > click on on JW.library and touch "Move to SD card". Then, when you open the JW.Library app on the tablet, go to the app settings and select "Download media to" and select SD card. The device itself has very little storage room and you will never be able to download all the publications. Hope this helps.
