• A:Answer This one typically uses a rubber tip stylus; I have seen a couple fine tip that claim to be able to function with this tablet, but I haven't actually seen one.

Q: QuestionWon't power on or chargeI just bought this yesterday and took it out of the box. There is no charging light that comes on and it won't power on.

Q: QuestionHow do you get the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 out of the rebooting or bricked mode??Tablet will NOT turn on. All it will do is show the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 then flash a couple times then turn back off.

• A:Answer Check that the charge cord is plugged into the outlet and the tablet tight and that the charge light is on and not flickering. Then charge for at least 4 hours.

Q: QuestionTivo Stream work?Has anyone tried to stream TiVo live or recorded on your TiVo box to this device with the TiVo Stream device? This is primarily what I am looking for because my Tab 2 10.1 doesn't stream TiVo shows well.

• A:Answer It does have that core, I bought one. It has the octacore (quad 1.9ghz + quad 1.2ghz) Best buy calls it a quad core because it is not a true octa core. It is in fact a dual quad core.

• A:Answer You are right about the battery usage. It could be improved in this area. Due to keeping the tablet small this requires a smaller battery- less use time. I don't use it for games so I can get all day usage on a charge. Games do require more juice from the battery than other usages. I would say your tablet is just fine.

• A:Answer No. Its a qualcomm snapdragon 800 msm8974. Quad-core, 2300MHz, krait 400. I'm other words, powerful. Don't let processor brand fool you. Intel makes great processors, but not all intel processors are great. Like any tech, its the real world performance that means more than the logo on the box.

• A:Answer Mine is the Wi Fi version. The specific model number is SM-T520NZWAXAR. The information on the Samsung web site seems to imply that this is now a discontinued model; however, I believe that a 32GB version is still available.

Q: QuestionHow to turn off whistle notifications.Periodically my new tablet whistles (like a bird whistle) and I can't figure out how to turn off or mute the notification it is trying to give - tried muting Yahoo and Aol but that didn't work - any suggestions other than mute all the sound?

• A:Answer Your settings probably have the whistle sound to notify you of an incoming email. If you don't want the notification: go to Settings; Device; Sound; Samsung Applications ;Email; Notification settings; Select ringtone; Email notification ; and uncheck the box.
