• A:Answer Not by itself since it does not have cellular data capabilities. But, if you have a cell phone that is capable of tethering (enabling personal hotspot) you could tether the tablet to that. Then you could use google maps which comes preloaded on the tablet.

• A:Answer Maybe in a promotional offer or something. But normally no. The tablet does not have a protective cover in the box with it. Be ready to spend a pretty penny to get a case if you intend to buy the official Samsung cases.
