just tested it and it seems like it is indeed disabled. Even better the pen still works, and recognises even my handwriting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure, its just held together by small magnets. Whi use as tablet. I just take cover off
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience, that function works only about half the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As the others have said, but the question is (aside from comfort), is it OKAY to fold it backwards. i.e. how long will the connector ribbon last if regularly folded back and forth through 180 degrees?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In a word, yes. The device somehow senses the position of the keyboard. Fold it back to hold like a tablet and holding it like a sandwich, it disables the keyboard and mouse input. However, it knows the keyboard is attached. Text input while the keyboard is folded against the back prevents the on screen keyboard from appearing. You either need to detach the keyboard physically to use on screen keyboard, or set it up on a stable surface with the keyboard flat in the surface while propping the Tab up on the kickstand to do any keyboard input.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it disables the keyboard, but it doesn't feel comfortable, and I prefer to detach it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does! You can open an email and intentionally press the keys while it's flipped backwards and they won't activate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it becomes disabled. Sometimes becomes a little cumbersome, but you get used to it.
