• Yes, but this device does not have a full 4K display - most consumer tables don't. The res on this device is 2304 x 1440. True 4K resolution is 3840 x 2160. From the distance you're using this at, 4K would not have any benefits. This is a very high end consumer table - not quite the "pro" level speed, storage, and resolution, but this is the sweet spot for tablets. Much faster and more storage than entry level, and a few less features than the $1000 devices.

• Screen resolution is not 4K, 2304 x 1440 which is technically a 3.3K display. So no, it won't playback movies in 4K.
