Can this mobile has esim or not? null

I am guessing since you can use it as a cell phone by connecting it to your phone it could. You're probably going to have it connected to internet thru your carrier tho and then pay that fee to get their esim card. I just don't know why you'd need to use an esim when you can use it wifi
