QuestionSamsung is no longer android?Just curious about whether samsung is leaving the android platform and going computer style.

- Answer Samsung was never "Android." Android is an operating system made by Google. Samsung makes phones for both Android and Windows operating systems. This hybrid computer/tablet runs on Windows 10 system. Samsung has made computers for Windows operating systems long before Android was around.

- Answer It has the capabilities to do so, but you will need to purchase an adapter. This tablet only has 2 ports 3.5mm for audio and usb c port

- Answer you can run any Windows 10 compatible software on this device. Intuit's website doesn't specifically say you can't use it on Windows 10. That's actually the best feature of this tablet - it runs all Windows software.

- Answer Yes, you can use a web browser to access your Google Drive. Also, there is a Google app in the Windows Store that lets you access you Drive, Photos, Email, etc.

QuestionI know this runs Win 10 and the Tab S runs Android, but from a general processor and memory prospective how much better is the Galaxy Tab Pro S?

- Answer They are really two different animals. The TabPro S (Windows) uses an Intel Core M3 processor. This device performs way better than my Surface Pro 3 with an Intel Core i5. Though the M3 is a mobile processor, the TabPro S performs incredibly well as a laptop and desktop replacement for me. It won't run the latest high-end 3d rich games, but if you're using it as a work device, especially if you travel a lot, it's a great alternative to the new thin laptops out there.

- Answer It will not handle Google Play apps out of the box. However, you can install the Android apps emulate, Bluestacks (I believe there are others out there as well, but I personally use Bluestacks). Once you install this, you will be able to run any of your Google Play apps. I dont believe it syncs data though, but I'm not sure about that.

- Answer This version does not have LTE, Wifi only. Samsung said there is an LTE version but I don't know if Best Buy will sell it. (they exist as people are selling the LTE version from other regions.

- Answer Yes you can. I have the Office 216 loaded on mine and it runs it just fine. If you use Access it may slow it down a bit if you have a very large database.
