• Great question! There are numerous ways to find your serial number. First, it should be located on the back of the watch. Second place, would be located through your watch settings. ^Ash

• You have to have the watch first. It's on the box and in the settings on the watch. Site to register is buggy and wouldn't be successful. Said my captcha was wrong and my serial number already registered. I had to open up a ticket with customer support at Samsung. Use their chat service if you have issues. I was on the phone to samsung customer support. After 1.5 hour wait the rep answered, pretended not to hear me, then hung up. Good luck.
