Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got this watch and LOVE it. Your question one: I don't think it tracks your stress but it does offer a watch face that helps you reduce stress. You tap on the watch face and it instructs you to inhale -- times it-- and then exhale which you do a few times. Then the watch gives you a chart which shows you if are still tense or not. If your tense the watch says "Try again?" and you can choose to the exercise again. There is a built in sensor that measures your heart rate. This is new to the watch. Question two. Yes you can change the watch face. There are almost too many options for faces. There are a ton of free watch faces that come built in and then if you go into the Galaxy store there our hundreds of watch faces you can buy. Most watch faces are about $1.00 to $2.00. I got silver band as I can dress it up with bracelets and it is not to loud and the color does not stand out too much. Silver is simple and elegant. Hope that all helps.
