• The only difference is the region code built into the watch which can be changed. The "international" watch is for use outside of USA but will still work in USA and the USA version will also work out of country. The main difference is going to be the country codes and also things like the Samsung Pay may differ. I'd ask Samsung Support or look up the manual to see the differences Samsung says.
