• It's editable text. If you go in watch face setting, you can change it to whatever you want. And the J is actually a cursive I to represent the first letter of initial. You can also remove this or just change the watchface altogether.

• The word "initial" is simply an example. Initial is a customizable slot for up to 7 characters, such as your name available on that watchface. In my case, Michelle, I can enter Michell, limit of 7 characters. It will then display a large M for my initial. That J is not a J, it is an I for the first initial of the word Initial in the example.
