The Galaxy Watch6 is dust and water resistant based on an IP68 rating, in up to 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes, and it has a 5ATM rating for submersion up to 50 meters per ISO standard 22810:2010. You can customize your Samsung Health settings like when and how often to measure your heart rate. Here's how: > From Settings, tap Samsung Health. > Tap the option to customize: Heart rate. Don't forget to engage your Water Lock Mode feature on your Galaxy Watch6 to exercise in the water! While in Water lock mode, touchscreen, wake-up gestures, and watch always on will be disabled. > From the Quick settings panel, tap to put the watch in Water lock mode. * You can also enable Water lock mode from the Settings menu. From Settings, tap Advanced features > Water lock. Tap to enable. Let us know if you think of any additional questions for us by reaching out to Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. We're always here to help you in every way that we can! Thank you for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra
