No, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 BT does not take blood pressure measurements in North America. The blood pressure monitoring feature is currently only available in South Korea and other select markets. Samsung is working to obtain FDA approval for the blood pressure monitoring feature in the United States, but it is unclear when or if this will happen. In the meantime, there are a few third-party apps that can be used to measure blood pressure on the Galaxy Watch 6 BT. However, these apps are not as accurate as the built-in blood pressure monitor on the South Korean version of the watch. One such app is called My BP Lab 2.0. This app uses the watch's optical heart rate sensor to estimate blood pressure. However, it is important to note that My BP Lab 2.0 is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat high blood pressure.
