The Galaxy Watch Active2, Galaxy Watch 3, and all Wear OS models come with a hard fall detection feature that will send out an SOS if it detects a hard fall. When this feature is enabled, your emergency contacts can be notified immediately if you need assistance after a fall. You can adjust the sensitivity of your watch's fall detection by selecting when you want it to detect falls. You can choose to have it detect falls Always, During physical activity, or Only during workouts.
