    • Answer It depends on your carrier and the device. In general, Best Buy can activate a mobile device through the major carriers. I know they can do AT&T and Verizon (they activated my device with AT&T), and depending on the device I believe Sprint and T-Mobile as well.

    • Answer Don't do it. The design is horrible. I have had the product for less then 27 days and there screen is flawed at the fold. Best Buy refusing to assist me. So now I am out 1200$. I should have kept my iPhone.

    • Answer The screen protector comes on the phone in the box. One thing to note about screen protectors for this device however is that removing, replacing, or installing a screen protector on it yourself will void the Samsung warranty. On the plus side, Samsung approved technicians/locations should be able to replace your screen protector for around $13. Best Buy does take trade ins, but if you have a much older device it isn't always worth it. You can generally check their website to see about how much you can expect to get for your device.

    • Answer you can answer and reject calls with the outside screen, but you cannot answer the messages. you have to open the phone for that

    • Answer There is a small window that will show phone number of caller. You can open the phone without answering. In order to answer a call, you have to swipe the phone. Also, you have to open the phone to send calls.

    • Answer No, samsung note series only at the moment for mobile pen support. No digitizer on this screen. the polycarbonate layer on top would be scratched like crazy.
