A:AnswerIf he bought the total tech package you can make appt for geek squad to transfer. With receipt you might be able to just go in and ask the phone desk to transfer. If you call the store they will give you all the options. You do want to get a cover/case for it. It is a slippery phone. I got this cover from Amazon. Have not put screen shield on yet.
