• You need to buy a TPU screen protector which is a softer flexible self healing screen protector. I replaced the original one with it and been over a year and no bubbles! The one I used is Supershieldz TPU screen protector. It is high quality optical material. Got a pack of 2 for $15.

• True, I'm having the same problem second time, every 6 months mailing a phone for repair is very tough. Lost all my data too.
