• I'm a lefty I have no problems with this watch what do you mean exactly? I used to wear my watches face down under my wrist, but I'm afraid of scratching the bezel so I switched it up.

• You can flip the watch bands to make it perform will for left- handed people

• Not necessary, you use the screen for almost everything and the buttons shouldn't be a difficult reach. The screen size doesn't have a need for other handed functions
