• You can call samsung and tell them you need replacement skin caps. They should be able to help.

• You can get replacement tips on amazon. That's where I got mine. I would recommend having extras anyway for sanitation reasons.

• Mine came with one size of wing tips, I believe its the larger size (see picture), while the non-refurbished ones should come with two different sizes. You can find replacements for <$7 online as well. In case you're referring to the eartips, the rubber piece that goes over the part of your bud near the ear canal, you can request those from samsung support (will need to provide the serial number and model number located on the case). https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00087422/
