A:AnswerI had the same problem. I was ordering the same phone and I added it in my shopping cart. I couldn't check it out. So what I did, I clicked on "help" or the Chat Box on the right hand corner and a customer service rep chat with me. They did the checkout portion on their end when I told them I had the phone in my shopping cart and they took care of it from there. A:AnswerYes, the since the iPhone 8 every iPhone has been water/dust/snow “RESISTANT”, same goes with Samsung. I would know over tried them all. I prefer Apple though. The picture quality will debatable because everyone has their own opinion. I think apple has better quality picture taken abilities then Samsung - I say that because I’ve owned S7 S8 and S9. I’ve also owned Apple 7-8-10-10S. Just be weary just because they say they are RESISTANT to these elements doesn’t mean to go without a case and drop it in water on purpose and expect either of them to work afterwards.
