Tim from SAMSUNG, thanks for responding quickly. How do I connect my tv ( Samsung crystal 4KUHD HDR UN65TU7000) To the sound bar by hdmi arc? My xbox hdmi plugs into the tvs HDMI2 eARC in, then how would I run a HDMI cable to soundbar? My tv only has two HDMI inputs and one audio optical out. If I use the tv’s audio optical out to sound bar then my xbox audio settings won’t passthrough the tv ( I believe). That’s why I have my xbox run a audio optical cable straight to sound bar but the whole point why I want to buy the HW-A550 or HW-A650 is to use the soundbars HDMI inputs for better and more audio options. Right now I’m using a audio optical cable from my xbox straight to my soundbar, but I want to use HDMI in to soundbar for audio because then in my xbox audio settings there’s more audio options/formats. But using a audio optical cable dosnt give you many audio options as HDMI cables do. What is the point of buying a soundbar if it doesn’t support 4K passthrough? Plus how do I bypass if I plug xbox HDMI straight to tv for 4K video but can’t connect to soundbar unless I run xbox HDMI out to soundbar first then hdmi out to tv hdmi in?
