QuestionI wear hearing aids..The box that sits on my TV streams to my aids BUT volume ok but not the clarity so no TV for me! Is a sound bar the answer?

- Answer Hi paulibob, The HW-B650 Soundbar would be a good choice to go in to a store and hear. It has a dedicated center channel where all of the dialogue comes without any other sounds from shows or movies. This will give you the benefit of being able to hear voices much clearer than with just a TV by itself. You are also able to increase the volume levels of the center channel. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionI just purchased the HW-B650/ZA. I can't seem to get a screen to come up on my TV that shows the controls via the handset provided. I have both the optical and ARC connections connected. I have a Samsung TV (12? years old). What should I try next?

- Answer The settings and such show up at the top of the bar in white characters, shining through the black mesh covering. Not on the TV screen. A bit difficult but you can hold the remote close to it while you make any changes. There are 4 buttons at the front of the bar also for making these changes, so two ways to set up the thing.

- Answer Hi Mogwaii, The HW-B650 has one HDMI input for connecting to any HDMI source such as a TV. But this will not support eARC or HDMI 2.1 features. ^Andrew

- Answer You shouldn't have to unplug it however, I have noticed since I have a LG tv I do have to go to settings and make sure it is connected, but that is it. It takes no time to reconnect. I have also noticed that there is an option to have it permanently connected, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

- Answer You may need an optical audio splitter from amazon and it may works, but not through Bluetooth, cuz the system seems to accept only one bass

- Answer It would be nice! To be Honest I don't know but I do know all sets of sound bar and Sub like my own JBL 300 Watt system you Can't add ANYTHING TO!!!! Rediculous!!!!!! Works just as is (no additional components allowed.) That's how they Force you to purchase the high level model that includes Rear speakers to create Surround Sound! I added a set of Bose Companion II 's that fill a Big hole in the Voice clarity and Mid-Range sounds. Sound Great together. I simply plugged into headphone jack on back of 43" UHD Sharp! Sounds Great !
