- Answer Not sure, but don't waste your money on a samsung soundbar. Sound quality is a joke, volume is a joke, bass response is a joke, it's all a joke, I bought the q65t and regret every minute the tv is on...

- Answer Any of the Q-series sound bars will work with it just fine. Choice depends on what size room you have, how loud do you want it to be, and how much you are willing to spend. If you want full surround, opt for one of the higher end models with wireless rear speakers. Otherwise, go with one of the units that has full Atmos capabilities.

QuestionPosting another question as previous one on 7.1.2 had confusing answer. Does HW-Q65T has up-firing speakers? As per Samsung website they do. If they do, why this isn't a 7.1.2? Either Samsung is lying, or their reps have no clue about the product.

- Answer I believe it does have up-firing speakers to help simulate surround immersion, but is still just a 5.1 system. The 7.1 capability comes by using it with a newer Samsung Q-series TV, where you can use the TV's built-in speakers to add 2 additional speakers to the overall mix.

- Answer It’ll connect via optical connection, but 2016 TVs support sound bars up to 5.1 channels only via the ARC connection.

QuestionWe just purchased the q65t and find that the rear speakers are not powerful enough for our family room. Is there another set of rear speakers that would be compatible with this soundbar? (We have a Qled 6 Samsung tv that the sound bar is connected to.)

QuestionIt does not get loud enough on hdmi/arc. However when I put it on bluetooth through xfinity it does get loud but the tv remote doesn't control volume like on hdmi. Also the rear speakers just have on/off on the soundbar, no -6 to +6. Any suggestions?

- Answer Hi Sean! When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Tim

QuestionWhat if I need longer wire to go from the wireless hub to the speakers? Can I use regular speaker wire and splice it with the supplied wire? The supplied wire is not long enough to try and hide the wire from the hub to the speakers.
