QuestionWhere is the optical digital audio out port on the Samsung, 65 inch, S95B, OLED TV? I am endeavoring to hook up a splitter for a Resound Streamer 2, to be used to listen to sound coming through speakers in hearing aids and the sound bar.

- Answer I bought my friend thatmodel TV. The optical digital audio out port is right alongside the HDMI in ports.

QuestionI have some in ceiling speakers in my basement which are hard wired to an older amp. Does the Samsung - HW-Q930B/ZA 9.1.4ch Soundbar have a port where I can reconnect the speaker wires from the ceiling speakers?

- Answer Hello Antwan, The HW-Q930B Soundbar is exclusively compatible with the included subwoofer, it cannot be paired with a second subwoofer. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionWill I be able to effect a Bluetooth connection between the sound bar and my Bluetooth headphones, to enable me to hear the audio through the headphones, while my family audience is able to hear the audio via the sound bar? My hearing is severely impaired

- Answer Hello Herb, The HW-Q930B Soundbar cannot be connected to a pair of headphones and play the audio through them. On our 2022 Samsung TVs you have the ability to connect to two Bluetooth Devices at one time playing audio out of both of them. So you could have a pair of Bluetooth Headphones connected and the HW-Q930B Soundbar connected using Bluetooth and audio will play from both. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionI recently purchased the 930 B. but I have questions. Can I use Space Fit sound with my LG tv? It says the microphone is built into the speaker so I don’t know why it would need a Samsung tv. But I can’t get the process to initiate in the smart things app

- Answer Hello Eddy, For the HW-Q930B Soundbar you can use SpaceFit Sound+ with any TV, not just Samsung models. To set that up you will use your soundbar remote and follow these steps: Press the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear) until you see SPACEFIT SOUND OFF come across the LED display. Then you will press UP which will then say SPACEFIT SOUND ON, and you are good to go. With the HW-Q930B Soundbar this feature will work with all sound modes. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionIs the system dual voltage/worldwide voltage and if so, is the power cable hard-wired or can it be replaced to fit different socket types?

QuestionCan the rear speakers be controlled? Is there a way to lower and bring up the volume of the rear speakers?

- Answer Yes they can be. Although a bit arduous, the volume of both left and right rear surround speakers can be independently raised or lowered via the remote control. Additionally the volume from the top speaker output can be controlled as well.

QuestionDo you only get Dolby Atmos if you’re using a Samsung TV with this? I have a Sony.

- Answer No. Atmos is supported by what you're watching. If disc, it will be printed on the case.

QuestionWhat is the difference between the q930b and the q910b soundbars?

- Answer The Q930B is a major step up. It is essentially the Q990B minus a few small features, extra hdmi input and the rear speakers don't have the side channel. The 990 is probably the best Atmos bar available and this is one step below with very similar sound quality and performance. 910 is an entire level down in most ways.
