- Answer No, this is a 11.1.4 channel system. If it were expandable with another sub it would be 11.2.4

- Answer Hi Puddin! The HW-Q950A supports 4K pass-through with minimal input lag; however, if connecting to a TV with game mode features it would be more beneficial to connect the console direct to the TV and utilize the HDMI ARC connection to pass audio to the soundbar. That way you can take advantage of the TV's game features. For example, if it is a 2021 Samsung QLED TV, you may have support for 4K@120Hz, or Freesync Premium Pro technology. ^Tim

QuestionI recently set up my sound system and I did say connect with Alexa. However, even if I just want to set a timer on my kitchen echo dot, the sound system turns on. I thought it would only work if you told Alexa to "turn on sound bar" Any help?

- Answer Turn off the mic. The Soundbar will still be connected to Alexa through your account technically you should be able turn it off through your Echo Dot

- Answer Hi Tony! The HW-Q950A is not designed to connect to an amplifier. This soundbar connects to a nearby outlet to provide power and is designed to connect direct to the TV. ^Tim

QuestionMY TV doesnt have eARC but normal ARC. It is possible with this soundbar to enjoy real 3D/Surround sound anyway ? Like one person speaks left in the speaker and the other one right ?

- Answer I have QN75Q80R TV - biggest constraint is lack of eARC which means lossless dolby atmos wont work over eARC from native apps on TV. I used firestick 4k to get dolby atmos connected directly to soundbar. Also if it applies to you, I have this bar laying on TV stand without obstructing the view which is awesome... love the bar....

- Answer Vebos makes the proper speaker mounts for these units. they are very pricey about $150, but they have been the only brand that works consistently. if you can find a set of cheap speaker stands then all you really need is an "L" bracket with a 6mm opening. can get a 10 pack off amazon for $10, you only need 2, but thats Amazon for you. youll need a couple of washers and a 1/4-20x1/4in screws that you can get from Lowes for about $2
