“Does this come with the spinning sweeper for mopping the floor? On the samsung website it states the sweeper only comes with VS90, but I don't see that as one of the listed items included. If it doesn't come with it, what is the use of "wet" function?”

I’d doesn’t come with the spinning sweeper. You can buy it separate from Samsung. I believe they are the only one that offers that combo model.

The Jet 90 Complete replaced the Spin Sweeper with a Turbo Brush (multi-surface including carpets). When you buy this vacuum, it includes the following: * A stand that includes space to charge a second battery * Powered Soft Brush (hard floors) * Powered Turbo Brush (multi surface/carpets) * Powered Mini-brush (upholstery/pet hairs) * Combo Brush * Crevice Tool * Flexible/Angle Attachment * And telescopic pipe The Spin Sweeper can still be purchased as a separate accessory.

Thee are two circle pads on the bottom of the attachment that spin and cleans the floor. See more information in the user manual for instructions on page 23 of your user manual.
