QuestionApproximately how many hours does the battery last on one charge under normal use?

- Answer I am getting anywhere from 7-10 hours depending on what I am doing and screen brightness. With normal productivity use, suggested brightness, battery saver, chrome browser with 2 tabs, and a few OneDrive libraries syncing I get about 8.5 hours. The laptop also supports quick charging and USB-C charging.

- Answer They are for changing the tips of your S-pen! Your tweezers should have also come with 5-6 extra S-pen nubs.

- Answer Both have same specs but I would recommend the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 13" since its recently launched. I would also suggest to wait until new series comes in with 8th generation processors.

- Answer The fans come on when pushing the machine, but are not very loud. In normal productivity use, the system is quiet.

- Answer just opened this machine up - ssd is a samsung pm871 - m.2 / sata III drive. i replaced mine with a 850 evo 1tb model sata III from amazon.

- Answer I tried and was able to get ink buttons to function as with other laptops but no luck actually writing with Bamboo.

- Answer The open box units could be a display unit - though most are customer returns - I have always purchased open box laptops from Best Buy and have never experienced any problems. Usually, the only negative might be a cosmetic blemish or missing accessory - though you'll know this at time of purchase.

QuestionIs the screen anti-glare/matte display?

- Answer Daniel, the screen is not matte but compared to other touchscreen systems the glare is not terrible. Any kind of direct light, as with most touchscreens, will cause glare but this is mitigated on the Notebook 9 Pro by having an easily accessed "Outdoor" mode. The outdoor mode will decrease battery life substantially as it combats the sunlight and glare with a much higher brightness level!

QuestionI want to buy this laptop from bestbuy and bring it to Sri Lanka. What is the voltage range of the power adapter? Is it 100-240V? Also when you say one year warranty is it an international warranty?

QuestionThe Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 13.3 we just bought doesn't seem to display the tiny lighting on the keyboard keys for CAPS Lock, NUM Lock, etc. The keyboard backlighting works, just the indicators do not light up. Is this normal? Thank you.
