A:Answer I've called Best Buy. I've emailed Best Buy. I spent an hour trying different zip codes. I called stores that appeared on Samsung's website (linked to BB stores) that indicated they had the camera in stock. Best Buy themselves doesn't know which of the stores (if any) has the camera in stock. What a great way to track merchandise! I understand this item is being discontinued. Fine. But don't put it on your online e-commerce web site for sale and then tell me I can't buy it. Or that you don't even know where it is available. If I can't buy it, and you don't even know where in the world it is for sale within your own company, leave it off the web site. It has not enhanced my view of Best Buy and has left me frustrated and disgusted.
