How do you change it from 60hz to 144hz null

I bought this monitor for my brother and had to help him set it up. Before you can select 144 hz in the settings, you have to download the drivers from Samsung.(https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/curved-led-monitor-cf39x-series). Once you download the drivers from the support page, run the file. Then you have to go into your settings for your graphics drivers (e.g. Nvidia or Radeon) and the option for change to 144 hz should be around the area for resolution.

“Right-click on the desktop, and then select Display settings. Scroll down and click Advanced Display Settings. At the bottom, click Display Adapter Properties for the display you are looking to change. Select the Monitor tab, and then select the Screen refresh rate that suits your needs.“

If you are using NVIDA, go to Nvidia Control panel. Under "Display" there's an option to "Change Resolution". You can change your refresh rate to 144Hz only in the "PC" resolutions. Do not choose the resolutions under "Ultra HD, HD, SD" or the "Dynamic Super Resolutions".
