The button on the back of the monitor. Right side as you're looking at the screen. Push it. A menu pops up. You can turn the monitor off, change source, toggle eye saver mode, or ENTER THE MENU. Push the knob UP to select the menu. Once inside the menu, you're looking for: Game -> Refresh Rate Again, using the knob to navigate, select, and exit as needed.
