“Does this have full array local dimming? I'd imagine so being mini LED / Neo lineup and all that, but the brightness seems low vs their other mini LED models and it doesn't mention it in the specs.”

It does though the number of lights isn't increased to account for the size of the screen so you end up with a bit of halo.
