I had mine do that too, sensors were dusty. Clean the unit of any dust and try again. It goes in circles because it thinks something is in its way and its trying to find a way around it when its just dust.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pick it up and turn each wheel. If you notice significantly less resistance and a different nose from one wheel you have a shot wheel motor. I'm in the middle of replacing one of mine right now. Stumbled on your question while searching for the part from somewhere other than eBay.
