Specs on the Blackberry Z10 indicate it will accept a 64GB micro SD. Im not certain what you mean by it starts to download drivers as Im not familiar with your model. In order to support a 64GB micro SD, it must be formatted as FAT32. If your phone fails to format the card, try sticking it in a PC and format it as FAT32, then stick it back in your phone and see if its recognized. On a Windows PC, right click the drive and choose Format. Youll see a File System type - choose FAT32. There are several types of SD Cards. SDHC will support up to 32GB and SDXC will support beyond 32GB. If your phone supports a 64GB Micro SD, it will be an SDXC. If your PC allows you to format it and recognizes that its a 64GB card, the card is fine. If you insert it into your phone once its formatted by the PC and it still doesnt work, the Z10 may not accept cards larger than 32GB. Its possible an update to your phone may resolve that issue but its also slightly possible that it just doesnt like your particular card / brand.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Personally if it were me I'd take it back and get another one. Its a fantastic product and if that happens its either the phone/tablet OR its just a faulty product - it happens :( But mine KICKS BUTT :) no complaints.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BBZ10 will NOT format/recognize any type of XC 64gb media card, Try a PNY, Corsair, Kensington and so on. Maybe a HC 64gb media card.
