Have you tried recconecting through bluetooth? If not, follow the instructions on how to restore your system and then go through the process of reconnecting each speaker. You should only need to hold down the power button on the soundbar until you see "INT", then turn each speaker on, hold the reset button until it flasshes blue, then they should all reconnect. If that doesn't work, try moving the speaker closer to the sound bar until it connects.

Turn off your HW-Q990C soundbar than press the ID SET button on the back of the rear speaker for 5~6 second or until the LINK LED indicator blinks fast (in Blue). Press the Up button on the remote for 5 seconds. The ID SET message will appear on the soundbar for a short time and then disappear. After the ID SET process, the soundbar power is automatically turned on. The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the rear speakers. ~ Samsung Solutions
