“Are there any glass break sensors that are compatible with this system and will trigger ADT? I am very interested in this system, but lack of that capability is a deal breaker for me. Thank you!”

No there are currently no glass break sensors. It is a great system and I hope they add glass break sensors in the future but I added an entry exit sensor to every door and window for now.

Please try again later.I believe only the ADT/smartthings specific sensors (smoke alarms, door/window sensors, water leak detectors, CO detectors, and the motion detector) will trigger an alert to ADT. You could add a 3rd party smartthings compatible glass break sensor to the system and trigger an alert to your phone through the smartthings app, but it would only alert you and not ADT.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. The motion sensor is probably your best bet. So far I have not found a way to trigger an alarm with a sensor not made by ADT/Smartthings. I suspect someone with programming skills better than mine could write a customer device profile to do this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not yet. This system is really new and you cannot even get the standard monitoring from ADT until January. You have to get the kit that has the smoke, carbon, and water detectors in order to sign up now. I really like mine. The app is getting better and the sensors (while not as cheap as Simplisafe) are still better than you get with typical home security companies.
