- Answer You can connect to a sound system with a digital coaxal cable. It looks like an RCA cable but is digital not analog. It does not have an optical coaxial. There is only one HDMI output wich is used to connect to the tv. Check your outputs on the tv. You may be able to connect to sound system that way.
