- Answer The split screen function is dictated by your operating system, not the monitor. I use split screens often and this monitor is great for that.

QuestionI purchased two of these monitors and my hard drive only has 1 HDMI port is there a way I can still connect both monitors to be able to have different things on each screen?

- Answer I use a docking station with 2 monitor outputs (along with a kvm switch for multiple computers), and this solution works great. I use usb 3.0 out of laptop to kvm switch and hdmi out of kvm to docking station.

QuestionA lightning strike shut our power off. Surge protectors did their job on everything EXCEPT this monitor. It will not power on. Any suggestions other than buying a new monitor?

- Answer This may a bit silly. But have you tried unplugging the monitor and then plugging it back in? And if it’s still under warranty? It might just be the on and off switch may need to be replaced.? And do you have total tech protection??

- Answer Full High Definition (FHD) is the resolution 1920x1080P. It's just a fancy way of saying "good picture" in my honest opinion. The maximum refresh rate is above 60Hz (75Hz to be exact).

- Answer I use it with my HP Omen to a usb kvm switch to an hdmi docking station with 2 of these monitors. Im not sure of the video editing, but it plays some pretty graphically ntensive games with no problems. My Omen is an I9 with 16 gb ram.
