• Hi - I have the Samsung T7 SSD and have over 300 digital movies on the drive and plug it into my Sony TV's USB port and am able to scroll through the movie list and play any movie I choose. The drive works awesome this way and I have had no issues at all. The list populates quickly and runs smoothly. Hope this helps.

• I'm able to watch movies and shows on my Samsung and Toshiba TVs via USB port, but it will not work on some other TVs. I'm guessing it has to do with the format of the disk. Different TV makers require different formats. See what specs your TV requires and format the disk appropriately. Good luck.
