At least it worked for me installing the App PSSD. The SSD does not work with the Samsung T7.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Note 20 Ultra and Samsung S8 Ultra tablet. I turned the password security off on my new T7 Shield. I spent an hour with Samsung support this past Fri with both their SSD Memory Group and their Cell phone group and they were unable to solve the issue. I could not get it to connect at all to my Note 20 UItra. I could get it to connect on my tablet but it wouldn't disconnect properly and asked to restart my tablet so it wouldn't experience problems. The Cell Group's only recommendation was to submit a review on the Galaxy store for the pSSD 1.0 app. I tried downloading the app from both the Galaxy Store and Google Play and same problem. Read all the reviews for the app on both stores & it appears to be a common issue. I can connect my T5 SSD to all my devices with no issue using it's own SSD app which is different than the pSSD app. I'm sure they will get it fixed eventually.
