A:AnswerNever had this problem. You may be pulling on the headphone jack or adaptor, or even just bumping it out a little bit and your phone thinks you unplugged your headphones. The first one I purchased did this. It was super touchy. Luckily Best Buy was super cool about it and replaced it with a new one. New one works like a champ. In and out of the pocket, tossed around my desk. No more issues.

You just plug it into the aux and then at the bottom of your phone just like you're about to charge it. And boom you're good to go!
