What kind of phone do you have? I'm assuming it allows for wireless charging. Make sure you position your phone's wireless charging component directly aligned with the one inside the sanitizer. Also, if you're charging while sanitizing, I've read that your phone could move while inside. Try it again but pay attention to where your phone is after sanitization. And also just try using it without sanitizing and see if it charges. Honestly, this things doesn't sanitize. My wife tested it in her lab and the bacteria levels on the phone didn't go down after sanitizing. Returning it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve noticed it charges slower than other chargers, seems to be meant for overnight use. Is yours just not charging at all? The Qi charger is in the center, few things to try... -Check if your phone works with other wireless chargers -Try moving your phone around, not every phone has the charging mechanism in the center -Try rebooting the phone (if it’s an iPhone, I’ve seen a couple that stop charging wirelessly until rebooted, doesn’t happen often, but it does) If you’ve tried all that, and you probably have... -Are you plugging to the wall via a charging brick? Test the brick with another device or make sure it’s provided enough power (the old bricks that used to ship with smartphones ~3+ years back are pretty much obsolete now) -Are you using the supplied USB-C cable? Same as above, test the cable with other devices, or if it’s a third party cable make sure it’s able to provide enough power (not all USB-C cables are the same) -Is the box actually disinfecting? Open it slightly and make sure the UV lights are actually on. If testing the brick/cable or swapping them doesn’t help, it’s likely defective, just ask Best Buy to replace it or for a refund. I wouldn’t bother reaching out to the manufacturer since it’s not Samsung, this is “Designed for Samsung”; but really made by Shenzhen Bifoxs Industrial Design Co. The box pretty much just says not to contact Samsung and reach out to the manufacturer instead, and no warranty card or phone number is provided, just an address; so Best Buy will likely be easier to deal with. This is a pretty awesome gadget, so hope you can get it working!!
