Q: QuestionReset Samsung Wireless LAN Adaptor WIS12ABGNXHi... We have purchased a second hand Samsung Wireless Lan Adapter WIS12ABGNX from a family that we are not able contact as they have moved Overseas, we have plugged the Adapter into our TV and it is working perfectly the only problem is when we Login on the Smart Hub Page the Wireless Adapter is set up with the previous owners email address, password and personal details and we need their password to Change all of their personal details to our email address, passwords and personal details... We would be extremely grateful for any advice that anyone can offer us to alleviate this problem, thank you.
