Yes. just open the device file on your PC, like you would with a flash drive; in itunes, hold down shift to select the files, then drag and drop the files into the device folder. You can also look for instructions about how to do this on youtube and there are a few people out there who have created videos that show what I just discussed.

The iTunes application on your PC or Mac will only sync directly with another Apple product. There is a workaround. Change your settings in iTunes to make the format of anything you import into iTunes either an MP3 file or a WAV file. Otherwise, all music is imported in the iTunes format and will not play on a non-Apple device. If you already have music in iTunes, you can "select all" and then convert the music to MP3s. Once you have your music converted to MP3 or you have your music uploaded in MP3 or WAV format, you can create a playlist in iTunes. You can then copy all of the songs on the playlist and drop them into any MP3 player. Or, you can go into the iTunes Library file, find the music you want under the media file in that folder and transfer directly from there onto your MP3 player.
