Hi, Unfortunately you cannot load files directly from iTunes but it is simple to transfer. First locate where your music library is in the Windows File Explorer. Generally for music you purchased from iTunes it will be under Computer > Music > Media > iTunes > [name of Artist/Album/etc]. Then simply copy and paste the file (or drag and drop) into the Sport Clip drive. For downloaded files, they should be listed right under your downloads under their files name. Drag and drop/copy and paste right into the Sport Clip drive. If you need help locating where the music files are in Explorer, go to iTunes and right click the song, then choose 'Locate in Explorer' and it should pop up. This is for Windows, I'm not sure how to do it if you're on a Mac though. It sounds a little complex but once you get the hang of it it's a breeze. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to load your music from iTunes, but you have to do it on a MAC/Apple OS. The option is not available on iTunes on Windows.
