Yes, you can transfer music files on the SanDisk® Clip Sport Plus MP3 Player using a computer/ Laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can download from your laptop to the scan disk. Once you plug the scan disk to a Windows laptop the laptop categorizes the scan disk as an external drive and you can down load music or other files from the lap top and disk or from the disk to the laptop.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The MP3 player acts just like any Thumb Drive. Plug it in, let the OS do its job, and if a window opens up, there will be a list of folders to place files within.. I have folders on my hard drive for the artist, then in that folder is the songs. This thing will handle that. It does have an issue for Artist/Album folders. This is probably for the age of the Sandisk Operating System. There is not an upgrade feature. Always copy songs to this, do not move. The battery dies, and will eat your songs until another charge happens. While in here talking about it. It takes a lot of juice using Bluetooth, and the weaker the battery, the worse the connection gets. The higher the Sandisk is on the body in proportion to the Bluetooth the better the signal. Reason I mention this is that the Bluetooth on this MP3 is an older standard. Your Apple Earpods (for instance) is Bluetooth 5. They will work good on a similar BT5. This is not and the quality will degrade quickly. I no longer use mine as intended because of this. Hope this answers your Q's.
