I don't know what you have already tried. If you are using a PC, you should be able to find an icon that looks like a file folder. After you have put the flash drive in the usb slot on your PC, you should be able to click on the folder icon and then look for Drive E (usually), or maybe F. If you have Mac, someone else may have to help you, but I don't think the steps are much different. Another possibility is if you are looking for Microsoft Word document, for example, open Microsoft Word, click on File, then look for Drive E. If it does not show up immediately as an option, then you should see an option to look in other places. If you have done any of that and cannot retrieve your file, the file might be corrupted or your E or F drive needs some clean-up. Then you need more expert help than I can provide. I hope this doesn't insult because it was hard to tell what steps you may have already tried.

Installed to allow you to encrypt the USB lock with a password. SanDiskSecureAccess and an Application File. Right Click the Application File SanDiskSecureAccessV3_win, that will install the updated version of their secure access feature on the drive. If a file explorer does not open just open one look at the bottom arrow on my task-bar File Explorer. The open one up Hit This PC and look under the Devices and Drives [mine shows (7)] USB drive I is my SanDisk in the location section USB I has one folder listed under it, SanDiskSecureAccess. The File explorer to the right show the drive I open and the two files. If you, Right Click the Application File SanDiskSecureAccessV3_win, it will also start the Secure locking section. Note you do not have to lock the drive if you do not want to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have a PC running Windows, plug it into the USB port of your PC and open Windows Explorer, look for something like USBStorage or Cruzer on the left pane or by clicking onto Computer. You should easily find it as another "removeable device" other than "Local Disk (C:)".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.push on the back of flash drive to expose the USB connection... Insert into USB on your laptop... open "file explorer" folder( usually at the bottom left of screen)...look for USB drive under the OS(c) drive (usually drive letter "D") … double click to open drive. I usually rename the drive with something like "128Gb SanDisk" making it easy to find quickly. Hope this is what you were looking for.
