• I have a MAC which allows me to highlight a max of 500 playlist songs at a time to transfer to a Sandisk. I transfer by sliding songs into the icon of the Sandisk. Not sure how PC transfer works.

• go to MY COMPUTER look at the drive it is in and drag and drop

• I believe that you have to choose to Export your media, with drive plugged in the option should appear Sandisc or via USB.
