Will this work with a Nikon d300? null

No. The D300 uses a Compact Flash (CF) memory card.

This is a sd card and pretty much everything uses sd slots. The first Toshiba pad I had used had a sd slot. So this is a great product for all sd slots.

As long as it takes standard SD it should. I would get a card with more data though, like a 32 GB card or 64...with the way these camera's are, we use data quickly.

Yes it does, I shot with the Nikon 300s and it works great. Do a lot of action shots and it keeps up with me.
