• I purchased the 256 so that I had enough room for pictures and videos I had. I didn't want to go back and get another one. Depending on the size of item is how long it takes to download pictures and videos. I recommend the 256. Good luck

• Good rule of thumb to start is to double the size of your iPhone. For example if your iPhone is 16gb the get the 32gb.
